Life Changes

What a difference a month can make. This has been one of the best years of my art life. I curated an amazing art exhibition at Petaluma Arts Center this summer,BLACK ARTISTS OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, my artwork in public places - Sonoma Clean Power, Sonoma Valley Museum of Art, new gallery opportunities- Laurence Glass, Hammerfriar Gallery, a number of design commissions for private collectors and work in new exhibitions: TRUE NORTH at di Rosa Center For Contemporary Art, THE BLACK BLACK WOMAN IS GOD: WeSee Us at the Marlowe Gallery in San Francisco, and next year, The Art of The African Diaspora at The Richmond Art Center.

My husband is very ill. All my crafts fairs and plans are on hold. This holiday season you’ll find me at wardworksart.com. If you’re interested in new jewelry designs, or kinetic sculptures, this is where you will find me for the next several months. Instead of a GoFundMe account, I am producing lots of artwork available for sale.

I thank you for all of your support over the years. Hopefully you are interested in sharing my designs with family and friends this holiday season. I’d already produced all the work I needed for all the great fairs I planned on attending. These will be added to the website over the next few weeks.
