Autumn, the Best Season of the Year

Warm days, cool nights and lots of seasonal foods to choose. I love the Fall: colors, smells and tastes abound!

It is the busiest part of the year for me, with winter and holiday events to meet, I work a 60 hour week and love every minute. With my new art endeavors-kinetic sculptures and a bounty of earring and jewelry ideas, work is long and fun.

I’m launching the kinetic art this week after having the opportunity to shoot the mobiles at Petaluma Arts Center. My pal Molly Best set this date for me and we brought my work into a proper space for viewing. With my sweet husband Bob Johns, we’ll create a short video of WardWorksArt Kinetics this week. Lucky to have a video editor for a husband!

The new jewelry is just sketches and is really flying high. I love to draw the work and give time to creating something new each time. I also realize that what is good once, could have a future revisit so I’m looking at work over the last 6 years and making WardWorksArt Retro soon.
