Hopes for Safety in our Changing World

We live in a changing world. The recent fires in Sonoma County give us lots to consider: the loss of home and businesses, the danger of weather and climate change, and the beauty of the place. All this makes life a bit more precious, less time to waste. I love living here. I’m hoping all my friends are safe and this will pass quickly. I’m hoping the fire fighters and first responders are safe as well. It is difficult to think past this current wave, the Kinkade fire affects many friends. We are only as safe as we are today and every day sets its challenges. My family and friends are very concerned, sending hope, love and wishes for everyone’s safety.
